Amazigh TV from Melilya: who can do it?

We keep asking the arabo-islamic regime in Rabat for an Amazigh TV. The regime doesn’t want to do anything about it even though that kind of TV is going to be in his own benefit. We know that the regime can use such TV for the propaganda of his own ideas and interests.
If we have money, we will not be in need of the regime. We can just have an Amazigh TV in Spain (Melilya for example) and all the Amazigh people will be able to watch it. Plus it’s going to be our own free Amazigh media, where we can be ourselves and talk about our problems without pressure from the anti-amazigh regimes in North Africa.
